HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE TO MY HOME?
We aren't like Amazon where we can gaurentee 2 day delivery, but we do everything to get your products delivered in the quickest possible time!
Delivery time usually is 4-7 days, as all of our products come from US Suppliers, but occasionally if a product is out of stock, it could take up to 14 days to restock the item from our manufacturers.
Depending on how close you live to the warehouse, how many stock are immediately available and the complexity of your order, this 4- 14 day timeframe is quite normal for US deliveries.
If you are an international customer, these delivery times times may increase to over 21 days due to the extra shipping distances.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should NOT be thrown away!
Please take photographic proof and email the photos of the damaged product/s along with your D.O (Delivery Order) number to us at email@example.com or call our toll free number on (888) 983 1857 to see if we can resolve the matter immediately.

- We will review all information before making a decision to send another of the same product to you at no cost, subject to availability.
- In the event of lost parcels, we will try to locate the delivery team from your chosen shipping carrier, and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF UNSATISFACTORY/ WRONG PRODUCTS/ MISSING PRODUCTS?
Failure to follow these steps and contact us will not receive a refund:
- In the event that the sample you've received is unsatisfactory in any way you perceive, we will require photo proof of the product/s and your D.O (Delivery Order) number.
- You may be required to send us back the sample for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send a sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. The postage cost will be credited back to your account after we receive the returned item.
- In the event that you've received the wrong sample, we will require photo proof of the wrongly sent sample and D.O (Delivery Order) and after reviewing, we'll re-send the correct sample to you at no cost, subject to availability.
- In the event you've received your order with a missing sample, we will require you to email us a clear photo proof of your D.O (Delivery Order) to firstname.lastname@example.org and after which, kindly give us a call at (888) 983 1857.
- Our Customer service team may be required to find out more information before a decision is made to re-send the missing sample to you at no cost, subject to availability.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to Actionowonline.com account.
When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
PLEASE CHECK THAT ALL DELIVERY INFORMATION IS CORRECT BEFORE MAKING THE FINAL PURCHASE!
